Zaitol Consulting was founded by Ahmad Chilmeran, a seasoned expert with over 15 years of experience in commodity trading, market research, and policy analysis within Canada’s agribusiness sector. Ahmad has held key roles at Cargill, Viterra, G3 Canada, and Parrish & Heimbecker, and has provided strategic guidance to international organizations, including the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization.
